Function & Application:
XNP Disc Thickener is used to wash and concentrate low-concentration slurry in the pulp and paper industry.
The machine is composed of trough body, fan plate, drive spindle, upper cover and water spray pipe. The fan plate is installed on the drive spindle, and the surface is covered with stainless steel wire mesh. As the main shaft drives, the slurry is adsorbed on the fan plate, and the concentrated slurry is washed with high-pressure water and peeled off with flowing water to get a slurry zone in the tank. Through the pressure difference between inside and outside and the action of gravity, the white water passes through the filter screen and enters the fan disk, flows into the hollow main shaft through the water channel, and is discharged from the white water outlet. When the slurry level is higher than the regulating gate, it overflows into the slurry outlet and is discharged. The speed of the main shaft can be adjusted by the frequency converter, and the speed can be set according to the pulp concentration and production capacity.
