Vacuum Belt Filter

Function

The Vacuum Belt Filter is a new type of high-automatic filtration equipment. The filter cloth or filter mesh is used as the medium, so that the slurry is arranged horizontally on the filter medium, and the slurry gravity and vacuum suction are fully utilized to achieve solid-liquid separation.  The continuous horizontal belt vacuum filter can be applied to materials under a variety of concentration conditions, and has high filtration efficiency, so it is preferred by heavy industry.

Application:

The Vacuum Belt Filter is used for all kinds of sludge treatment, such as metallurgy, mining, chemical engineering, paper mill, food, pharmaceutical, coal washing, environmental protection industries, especially for calcium sulfate dewatering in FGD, especially for thick, power sludge treatment.

（5）Fine decantation effect: even and thorough multi-stage advection or counter current decantation makes collection and reuse of mother liquor and washing liquor separately. 

（6）DSC for control system ensures site control and remote control automatically.
