Function

The Inclined Pipe Precipitator is based on the sedimentation principle of the horizontal flow sedimentation tank to remove dispersed particles. After adding many inclined tubes in the tank, the wet circumference of the water cross section of the pool is increased, and the hydraulic radius is reduced. For this reason, at the same horizontal flow velocity V It can greatly reduce the Reynolds number Re, thereby reducing the turbulence of the water and promoting the precipitation. In addition, an inclined pipe is added to shorten the particle sedimentation rate, reduce the precipitation time, and greatly improve the precipitation efficiency.

Application:

Inclined Pipe Precipitator can be used for pretreatment of rivers, rivers, lakes and small sewage projects.  It is suitable for turbidity or suspended solids concentration less than about 500 ml / l per year (1000 ml / l for a short time).  Turbid impurity particles, suspended colloids, etc., the effluent can reach about 10 mg / L.
