Feature & benefit


(1) The biomass in the sludge bed is more than 20 ~ 30g / L. 
(2) The volumetric loading rate is high. Under the medium temperature fermentation condition, it can reach 10 kg COD / (m •d) or even 15 ~ 40 kg COD / (m •d). The hydraulic retention time of wastewater in the reactor is short, so the tank capacity is greatly reduced. 
(3) The equipment is simple, easy to operate, no need to set up sedimentation tank and sludge return device, no need to fill packing, no need to set up mechanical stirring device in the reaction zone, the cost is relatively low, easy to manage, and there is no blocking problem.
