Washing tower scrubber is a two-phase reverse flow packing absorption tower. The gas enters into the purification tower along the tangential direction of the air
inlet below the tower body, and is rapidly filled with the air inlet space under the dynamic action of the fan, and then uniformly rises to the first stage of the packing absorption section through the current sharing section. On the surface
of the filler, the chemical reaction between the gas phase and the liquid phase. The reaction products of oil (mostly soluble salts) with the absorption liquid flows into the lower reservoir. The gas which is not completely absorbedcontinues to rise into the first stage. In the spray section in he absorption liquid from the nozzle ejected uniformly, the formation of tiny droplets and gas mixing, contact, continue to react. Then the gas rises to the second stage and the spray section is similar to the first stage. The second stage and the first stage nozzle density are different, the spray pressure is different, and the absorption gas concentration range is also different. It is also the process of heat transfer and mass transfer in the process of spraying and filling.
The stability and stability of the process can be guaranteed by controlling the flow rate and the lag time. For some of the less active gases, a certain amount of surfactant should be added into the absorption solution. The upper
part of the tower body is mist, entrained in the gas absorption liquid droplet was cleared down here, after processing the clean air from the upper end of the exhaust pipe into the air purification tower.
